3. Client Responsibilities

  2. Timely Approvals: Delays caused by untimely responses or approvals are the responsibility of the client.

  3. Content Ownership: The client affirms that they own or have permission to use any materials provided for a project, including text, images, and trademarks.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Estimates: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  2. Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

  3. Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

  4. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All final designs and materials remain the property of Edge Graphics until full payment is received.

  2. License: Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials for their intended purpose.

  3. Retained Rights: Edge Graphics retains the right to use completed work for promotional purposes, including portfolios and social media.

6. Revisions and Proofs

Edge Graphics and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This excludes information that is publicly available or required by law to be disclosed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County.

12. Amendments

Edge Graphics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
